All you need to do is send us your photo by mail or email your picture to jeffrey@ladycharms.com. If you are emailing your picture, please create the photo at 300 DPI to ensure the utmost quality of your charm. Your photo is laid atop a polished edge gold frame to create a very sophisticated look. Please allow three to four days for your Custom Photo charm to be made.
